1 Introduction

2 Definitions

• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or incentive amounts credited to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by EW77 before processing withdrawals or at any time EW77 deems necessary.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a financial stake placed by a User on any game, casino product, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before any portion may be withdrawn.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the EW77 Platform, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism during registration, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you conclusively demonstrate your full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on EW77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

5 Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

5.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on EW77 at any given time. Duplicate accounts, whether created under the same identity, same device, same IP address, or same payment method, are strictly prohibited and will be suspended without notice. Only the first account will be deemed valid; any winnings accrued in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

EW77 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to before processing any withdrawal, upon accumulation of significant winnings, or when requested for compliance purposes. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account matching the registered name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, Account closure. EW77 may retain Account balances pending satisfactory completion of verification.

6 Account Security

You are entirely and solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

EW77 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from EW77 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must contact EW77 customer support at [email protected] or via live chat without delay. EW77 shall not be liable for any financial losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

EW77 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and cryptocurrency equivalents via the following approved payment methods: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as displayed on the Platform's deposit page.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own legal name. EW77 reserves the right to request verification of payment source at any time. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered player are not permitted and may result in the reversal of funds and Account suspension.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and a review period that EW77 conducts to verify the legitimacy of the withdrawal. EW77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to five (5) business days, with the majority of DuitNow and FPX withdrawals processed within minutes of approval.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method belonging to the same registered player. EW77 will not process withdrawals to payment methods belonging to third parties. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are as stated on the Platform at the time of request.

7.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

EW77 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with EW77's AML policy. EW77 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction that triggers AML screening protocols and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

EW77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion announcement:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied in full before any portion of bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per eligible new player. Existing players claiming ongoing promotions must meet all stated eligibility criteria at the time of the claim.
• EW77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.

• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through multi-accounting, collusion, systematic wagering designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• EW77 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion has been misused.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game outcomes on the EW77 Platform are final once confirmed by the system, subject to the resolution procedures applicable to the relevant product. For sports betting markets, results are determined based on official scores and statistics at the end of the scheduled playing time, unless otherwise stated in the market rules for the specific event.

EW77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical error, software fault, or system malfunction has affected the outcome of the game or the calculation of odds.
• Where a bet was placed at odds or on terms that were clearly erroneous (manifestly incorrect odds, referred to as "palpable errors").
• Where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or fails to reach a natural conclusion within the timeframe specified in the market rules.
• Where EW77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome of an event has been manipulated or fixed.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the EW77 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts, or any mechanical, electronic, or digital device to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, software errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.

EW77 reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Account balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the EW77 Platform, including but not limited to the EW77 name, logo, website design, graphic elements, software, game content, text, and databases, constitutes the intellectual property of EW77 or its duly licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without EW77's prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EW77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, or Force Majeure Events.
• Losses arising from delays in the execution of bets or game rounds due to network latency or system maintenance.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

EW77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes EW77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Responsible Gambling

EW77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, controlled gaming environment for all players. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

EW77 provides the following responsible gambling tools, available to all registered players at no cost via Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that remind you of the time spent on the Platform during each session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

14 Suspension & Termination

EW77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see Platform for applicable inactivity fees).
• At the Player's own request.

Upon Account termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding any voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Player following completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements, subject to EW77's AML review procedures.

15 Amendments to Terms

EW77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, EW77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the registered account address. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact EW77 to close your Account.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EW77 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are required to contact EW77 customer support and allow a reasonable period for the Company to address the matter informally. EW77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
